Issues using Brother Scanners on the network.

If you have an issue using the scanner over the network try connecting to the printer/scanner with a USB cable. This will solve the problem. If not submit a help desk ticket.

  1. If we re-scan a student, will the new scan replace the old data in Galileo, or will Galileo reject the new scan as "same data?"
